I mainly use Zoom Video platform and if needed, I can send you a zoom guide to help you to get started. You will be sent a link prior to our session. The session will run in the same way as a face-to-face appointment and I will share any necessary materials via screen share and email.

If you are self-funding then it is £100 per session. If you are paying through your health insurance then this price may vary depending on your insurer so please contact me and I can confirm pricing.

If you are self-funding then payment for online sessions is expected prior to our session via bank transfer. If you are paying through insurance then I bill insurance providers directly at the end of each month.

Yes currently I only offer 1:1 therapy via Zoom. I have completed additional training on delivering therapy via video so you’re in safe hands.
Online video therapy can work really well for people who prefer to have therapy at a time and place that is convenient for them. Lots of people feel more comfortable in their own space and this can help you to feel at ease during our appointment.
Cutting out the time travelling to and from appointments can also give you more time to do the things you want to do in life.

We usually schedule appointments every week initially and when appropriate, we may move to every 2 weeks over time to give you chance to practice what we have discussed outside of sessions.
In some circumstances, it can be beneficial to have a longer break between sessions towards the end of therapy but we will discuss this if we think this could be helpful.

Yes. I’m registered with the following health insurers: Axa Health, Aetna Global Benefits, Cigna, Healix Health Services Ltd, Vitality Health and WPA. I’m awaiting registration for Bupa.
If your insurance provider is not named here then please do get in touch and we can look into whether I can register as a provider.

Yes, as a Chartered Clinical Psychologist I have a duty to maintain confidentiality. This includes video sessions; no one will be able to hear what we are discussing and it is important that you are also in a confidential space too. If I feel I need to share information with a third party (e.g. GP) then I will speak to you first about this where possible. I do have my own supervision from another Clinical Psychologist who I may discuss your case with, but this is always to think about the best way of supporting you.

We usually agree together an initial number of sessions during our assessment appointments and review if we feel we need to extend.
